Hello all!
Does anyone else feel like summer is FLYING by?
I hate it. I have accomplished nothing!

Any who... I got a little crafty today for the Monday Made-it Linky with Fourth Grade Frolics
Last month, I made a giant chevron corkboard for my classroom.
Well, plan old push-pins don't do this guy justice, so I needed to get something fancy!
Unfortunately fancy push pins are super expensive for the amount you get {4.99 for 6?! erroneous?}
So I went to the much loved Michael's & Dollar Store
I got a little more than just the materials I needed, but we'll save that for another post!
Here were my supplies:
buttons (found on clearance @ michaels)
plain push pins ($1)
hot glue (on hand)
Directions are number in the picture above! :)
1 - put a small amount of glue on the push pin
2 - attach the button and push upside down
3 - you've got yourself a fancy push pin!

I'm in love with Vintage buttons, and they go perfectly with my classroom theme for next year
{I can't wait to share!}
Head over to 4th grade frolics to get some great ideas! I'm making a list!

    1. Thank you! They literally took me about minute - the longest part was waiting for my glue gun to heat up - so easy and cheap!

  2. Do you want a piece of this?=Awesome

    My favorite Seinfeld episode ends with Elaine and Mr. Con stanza yelling, "You want a piece of me!?!"

    Your vintage button push pins are adorable! I am excited to see your theme reveal.

    I'm a new follower from Instagram. ;)
